So, there are two types of frustrations in ones life, pre-employment frustration and post-employment frustration. When you don’t have a job, you are desperately trying to search for one to pay your bills. In the process you are also looking for a way to make your life dull and miserable. Once you have a job, you may feel you will be spared from frustration. Well yes, perhaps until you get your first paycheck, but everything starts seeming dull and monotonous right after. In a few months down the road you start complaining about having no life! You feel you need a break to contemplate and re-think about your decisions. Or, you decide to withstand the aggression and the brutality at work and carve out a niche for yourself—you want to become the leader, the achiever, and be successful—in brief become an a-hole!

Welcome to the world of a-holicism! The journey from knowing what you want and getting what you want is a-holicism. Wonder who are these people? Well these species have the following traits:

  •  Bully
  • Egocentric
  • Arrogant
  • Despicable
  • Risk taker
  • Ambitious
  • Tough skin
  • Insensitive
  • Severe
  • Exacting
  • Ruthless
  • Ravenous for power
  • Great at backstabbing
