The reasons for common workplace frustrations could be:
Do you feel your boss micromanages you, does not listen to your concerns, disregards all your bright ideas, does not reply to your emails and excuses himself as being too busy, refuses to give you a leave, provides no constructive feedback whatsoever in your work, seems to be biased about giving a raise to your colleagues simply because they are boot lickers?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions please feel free to write about your concerns. We would like to hear from you.
Your baffling colleagues
We all know how important it is to maintain a good rapport with our colleagues at work place. None of us want to burn bridges down, and we make every effort of being respectful and considerate towards our colleagues. But, am sure most of us have experienced working with colleagues who have baffled us about whether they are our friend or enemy?
There were times when we have revealed something to them in good faith, but they turned out to be a telltale and did not live up to our trust and confidence. Or, colleagues who borrow our stuffs and never return them back, or those who show they are really concerned about our problems and promise help but, do not pick up the phone or reply to our emails when we need them. Nothing can be more annoying and nasty as colleagues who fail to give our work and innovative ideas due credit and pass them off as their own, colleagues who can easily throw us under the bus, and refuse to take responsibility of any mistakes!
If you have been a scapegoat to any such situations please share your experience and views on it.
I am sure all of us at some point in our life feel stuck with our job, things seem to become stagnant, we feel we are not making any progress or learning anything new, nothing that we do seem challenging or motivating, we get the Monday morning blues every week, we feel our work has become obsolete and they can replace us with a robot!
I would like to hear from all you people out there who are facing such a crisis in their life currently, and how are you trying to improve your situation and cope with the quagmire.
I am sure there many more reasons for ranting at workplace…
So what are you waiting for? What is your message? Shout it out aloud!
