You are given the full privilege of being anonymous! So, feel free to express all that has been destroying you gradually. Let us learn to live healthily by thinking positive.

Our objective is to connect you with all the people on this planet who are either facing similar issues or have braved the harsh times successfully. Let us hope we can help each other tide over the waves of dark times in our life. Let us act as guardian angels and bring flickers of hope amidst hopelessness in each other’s life.

Frustrations in life come in many forms and it affects people of all ages. If the reasons for frustrations are not addressed the right way it leads to anger, jealousy, rivalry, envy, and  depression. It can affect our personality and reduce our self confidence and self esteem.

Writing can be an effective way of venting out distresses and discontents in one’s life. This website allows each of us to write about our displeasure, identify the problems causing such frustrations, and recognize ways of resolving it. For instance here are some things I do to get over a bad day- take a long hot shower, go for a run, cook something good or listen to some good music!

As long as we have a healthy body and mind we should wake up happy and positive everyday! Also, let us remember, what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger! So let us learn from every experience of our life, and learn to count our blessings every time we feel crestfallen! Let us forget the sad and the ugly past, and live for the present with lots of good hope for the future!
